Changeability is the Social Enterprise arm of Connect Supporting Recovery - a leading community based NGO supporting mental health and wellbeing. Our change model is the product of our association with our parent organisation and is highly applicable to any organisation. It is about enabling people to develop insight, to take action and to approach change in a positive way.
Changeability is unique in that our work is underpinned by evaluation from a registered psychologist. Information gathered from participants in our programmes is evaluated by a Changeability psychologist enabling us to provide highly relevant and tailored recommendations to leaders responsible for the change.
Changeability is also unique in that as a social enterprise we invest our profits back into community based programmes, improving mental health and wellbeing – thereby creating a virtuous circle, benefiting both businesses and the community.
