What we can do for you


We have a specialist team of people who can support you in finding and keeping the home of your choice. We understand that feeling at home is an important factor in how you live your life.

We can give you information on housing issues, tenant rights, landlord responsibilities and guide you easily through what may seem like a complicated process.

We can even be your advocate and work with your landlord on your behalf or help you build relationships with organisations that provide
affordable housing.

We can offer support getting you established in your home, connecting the electricity, phone and accessing furniture and household items.

If you are receiving help through any Connect services you can receive help on housing too. Get in touch with us through your support or key worker or directly.
