1 FTE : Service Manager - Hamilton

Connect provides recovery focused services to people who experience mental ill health. These services include mobile community support, Packages of Care, EDGE Employment, Peer Support, Residential Rehabilitation and Dual Diagnosis Services. We provide individualised support to clients and their family / whanau and work closely with other community organisations and primary health care providers.

Someone else has done the hard graft of establishing Waatea – a gold class community service combining support and clinical services. This position offers the opportunity to build on a strong foundation to develop the Waatea service and potentially other services in the District.

For this position, you will be aligned with Connect values, and share our vision of being in partnership towards healthy communities.

You will ideally be a registered mental health professional.
