1 FTE : Rehab Leader - Auckland Based

Connect provides recovery focused services to people who experience mental ill health. These services include mobile community support, Packages of Care, EDGE Employment, Peer Support, Residential Rehabilitation and Dual Diagnosis Services. We provide individualised support to clients and their family / whanau and work closely with other community organisations and primary health care providers.

Leading a small team of Rehab Support Coaches, and reporting to the CEO, this position is responsible for the research, design, development and evaluation of recovery-orientated services. Connect are also developing a commercial arm, so an interest in applying rehab skills to commercial settings would be an advantage.

For this position, you will be aligned with Connect values, and share our vision of being in partnership towards healthy communities. You will ideally be a registered mental health professional.
