Health Waikato and Connect Supporting Recovery have an exciting new residential rehabilitation service. This is a joint initiative which will be based in Hamilton and offers an opportunity for you to contribute to the development of an innovative and forward-focused service.

Mental Health Professionals

As a Mental Health Professional you will be employed by Waikato District Health Board.
 
We are looking for Registered Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers and Clinical Psychologists who have had experience working in mental health and have skills in rehabilitation.
 
You will need to be, or eligible for, registration with the appropriate New Zealand registration board and hold a current practising certificate.  If you are a Social Worker you will need to hold a qualification that is recognised by the Social Workers Registration Board, have a current ANZASW Certificate of Competency or a commitment to obtain one.
